Terms and Conditions – pkrgame Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pkrgame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "you") and pkrgame ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of all services, games, betting products and features available at pkrgame.biz and any associated mobile applications or services.

pkrgame is designed and operated specifically for Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and the platform is intended to be accessed by players located in Pakistan. By registering an account on pkrgame, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the pkrgame platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional terms specific to particular games, promotions or features on pkrgame. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms will take precedence for the matter in question. In all other respects, these general Terms govern.

2Player Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on pkrgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkrgame enforces age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age documents at any point.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts or other non-personal legal structures may not register player accounts.
• You must not be listed on any exclusion register or be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pkrgame or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must represent and be operated by its registered owner only.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

pkrgame reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. During a verification check, access to deposits, withdrawals or both may be temporarily suspended. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on pkrgame. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where pkrgame identifies multiple accounts operated by the same player, all accounts may be suspended, winnings across all accounts may be voided and balances may be forfeited pending investigation. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkrgame strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. You must not share your account access with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkrgame support immediately at support@pkrgame.biz. pkrgame will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pkrgame is required to verify the identity of players as part of its regulatory obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration or at any point during your account's lifetime — particularly before processing larger withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. Accounts that fail KYC verification within the specified period may be suspended.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits

pkrgame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are typically credited to your pkrgame wallet within seconds for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect depending on the sending bank.

pkrgame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your pkrgame account. Deposits made from unmatched payment methods may be returned and will not be credited to your gaming wallet.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on pkrgame — the same source return principle applies. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. pkrgame does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside pkrgame's control.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests on accounts with pending KYC requirements will be held until verification is complete. pkrgame reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on larger withdrawal requests before processing.

4.3 Currency

The pkrgame platform operates exclusively in PKR. All account balances, bets, payouts, bonuses and promotional credits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden conversion costs or exchange rate adjustments applied at any stage of a transaction on pkrgame.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers on pkrgame are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual offer in addition to these general Terms. Where a bonus is claimed, the following general conditions apply unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• One bonus at a time: Only one deposit-linked bonus may be active on a pkrgame account at any time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a previous one is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The requirement is stated in the specific offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, all pkrgame games contribute at a 100% rate towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus expiry: If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• Real money first: When your account holds both real money and bonus funds, real money is wagered first. Bonus funds are only drawn upon once your real money balance reaches zero.
• Abuse prevention: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting software errors or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — is a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Cashback offers: Weekly cashback promotions on pkrgame carry no wagering requirement and are credited as real PKR. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the relevant period as defined in the specific offer terms.

6Betting Rules and Settlement

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on pkrgame are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that the details of your bet — including the selection, odds and stake — are correct before confirming. pkrgame cannot cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in the specific circumstances described below.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on pkrgame are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted, not those displayed while you are in the process of completing the bet slip. For in-play (live) betting markets, odds update continuously and the accepted odds at confirmation are final.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before the minimum required play has occurred; a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or the specific market settlement rules published for that market cannot be applied due to an exceptional circumstance. Void bets are credited back to your account balance as real PKR.

6.4 Disputes on Settlement

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on pkrgame, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement time. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewable. Contact the pkrgame support team via live chat or at support@pkrgame.biz with the bet reference number and the grounds for your dispute. pkrgame will review the bet against available official data sources and provide a resolution within five business days.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

pkrgame applies a maximum single-event winnings cap. Standard accounts have a maximum payout of Rs 50,00,000 per event across all bets on that event. VIP Club members at higher tiers have elevated payout caps as detailed in the VIP Club terms. Where winnings on a single event exceed the applicable cap, the cap amount will be paid and the excess will not be credited.

7Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pkrgame is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any card game, tournament or betting market on pkrgame.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any automated system to place bets or play games on pkrgame without human decision-making.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting glitches, bugs or errors in the pkrgame platform to obtain credits, winnings or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds in card games or tournaments to transfer value to another player.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your pkrgame account.
• Money laundering: Using pkrgame in any way to disguise or move funds of illegal origin. pkrgame complies fully with anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider while retaining access to gaming activity funded by those transactions.

Where pkrgame has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, void relevant bets or game results, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and close the account permanently. pkrgame's determination on matters of fair play is final after the internal review process.

8Responsible Gaming Obligations

pkrgame takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control. All players are encouraged to use these tools regardless of whether they believe they have a problem — they are useful for everyone as a way to maintain awareness.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pkrgame account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on net losses over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from pkrgame of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended and no deposits can be made.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from pkrgame. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum specified period. All marketing communications are suspended.

9Intellectual Property

All content on pkrgame — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, game artwork, text, software code, graphics, icons and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkrgame or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any content from pkrgame without prior written permission.

The pkrgame name, logo and associated marks are trademarks. Use of these marks without authorisation — including in any domain name, social media account, advertising or promotional material — is prohibited. Any breach of pkrgame's intellectual property rights may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

10Privacy and Data Protection

pkrgame collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on pkrgame, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with pkrgame. The Privacy Policy details what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and your rights as a data subject.

pkrgame uses personal data to manage your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, personalise your experience and communicate relevant promotions and platform updates. pkrgame does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation and with regulatory authorities where legally required. 11Limitation of Liability

pkrgame provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrgame's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose.

pkrgame will not be liable for: loss of profits or anticipated savings; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from events outside pkrgame's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, internet disruptions or government actions; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

12Account Suspension and Closure

pkrgame may suspend or close a player account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete required KYC verification
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers on legitimate transactions
• Conduct that pkrgame determines to be abusive, threatening or harmful to other players or staff
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Discovery that a player is ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms

Where an account is closed for a breach, any bonus funds present in the account will be forfeited. Real money funds held in the account at the time of closure may be returned after completion of any relevant investigation, subject to deduction of amounts relating to the breach. You may also choose to close your pkrgame account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect pending bet settlements or withdrawal requests already submitted.

13Changes to These Terms

pkrgame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkrgame will notify registered players via email to the address on their account and through a notification displayed upon next login. Continued use of pkrgame after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the meaning of existing provisions or updates reflecting changes in regulatory requirements — may be implemented without specific advance notice beyond the version update date displayed at the top of this document. 14.2 Complaint Procedure

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a resolution will be provided within five business days for standard matters. Complex matters such as disputed bet settlements or account review decisions may take up to ten business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter to the pkrgame compliance team by emailing support@pkrgame.biz with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line.

14.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
